I had the best experience with Kim at the Portland location today. Not only are the pieces of jewelry gorgeous and well made, but the customer service was awesome.
I purchased two sets of the flat back earrings and Kim went above & beyond in helping to get them in my tragus piercing. I couldn't have done it at home and she was happy to help. I also got a set of super cute hoops I can comfortably sleep in.
Also, today's Cyber Monday sale was great!! You can't beat 40% off and I love supporting this business. They are my go to for jewelry and the good quality works perfectly for my sensitive ears. Love their designs!
This place is great! I had a broken bracelet and thought this would be a good idea to make my bracelet permanent because I never take them off. There was no pressure from anyone, just kind faces and smiles. I came back the following day because I decided to get a personal bracelet of my own done as permanent jewelry. The staff was so nice and just really knowledgeable about everything. I also bought 2 earrings online, and when I went in, I also bought another pair. All the jewelry is made very well, the price is very fair and affordable and the quality is great. I will be shopping here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Love the unique selection at this store. My favorite thing about their jewelry is that it’s made for sensitive skin and can be worn in the shower. The customer service was perfect; available for questions and otherwise let you browse at your leisure. Definitely a five-star visit, and we’ll be back soon!
This place is amazing! I got two endless bracelets a couple weeks ago but they needed some adjustments. Not only was Grayling able to get me back in quickly, May worked with me for an hour to get them perfect. She was so patient, friendly and kind. Cannot recommend this place enough! I absolutely LOVE my bracelets!!
